MELONE E ARANCIA IN GALLIANO�

Ingredients
1 Canteloupe melon
1 Jaffa Orange
50ml Galliano
2 Fresh Strawberries
2 Sprigs of fresh Mint
Method
1. Cut melon in half and de-seed. Using a Parisienne scoop or melon baler
2. Make balls out of the melon flesh taking care not to pierce the skin. Place melon balls into a bowl.
3. Peel and segment the orange and add to bowl. Add Galliano and stir.
4. Place the mixture from the bowl back into the empty melon halves .
5. To finish decorate with strawberries and fresh mint.
