250grms Fresh cleaned mussels in shells
400grms Freshly chopped Italian Tomatoes
1 glass dry white wine
2 cloves fresh Garlic
2 Shallots or 1 small onion
1 small fresh chilli (optional)
8 Basil leaves roughly chopped
2 Table spoons of Extra virgin olive oil
250grms Fresh or good quality Linguini pasta
Salt & Pepper
