COZZE MARINARA CON LINGUINE (serves 2) Method 1. Prepare tomato sauce 30minutes prior to serving. 2. Finely chop shallots and garlic, cook them on a low heat add the Italian tomatoes 3. Bring to the boil and simmer and lightly season. 4. Fill a 4 litre pot with water ready to take the Linguini, bring to the boil and place pasta in until �Al Dente� , adding a pinch of salt. 5. With a deep saucepan heat up and add the rest of the olive oil, mussels, 1 chilli finely chopped and the glass of wine. 6. Place lid over pan and cook on a high heat for about a minute. 7. Add the already prepared tomato sauce and bring to the boil and simmer for another minute. 8. Add the basil, place the drained pasta into the tomato sauce, stir and serve. <<< Ingredients |
